This Privacy Policy explains how Arizona Tattoo Removal LLC ("Arizona Tattoo Removal", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit arizonatattooremoval.com, contact us, book a consultation, enroll in training or receive text messages from us. It does not cover companies we do not own or control, or people we do not employ or manage.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

• Contact details: your name, email address and, when you choose to give it to us, your mobile phone number (for example through the chat on our website, when booking, or when you call or visit the clinic).
• Consultation details: information about your tattoo, such as type, size, age, colors, prior laser treatment, and the photos you upload.
• Training enrollment details: your profession, city and state, the package you choose and your preferred timing.
• Appointment details: the dates, times and notes for consultations and treatments you book with us.
• Messages: anything you write to us by chat, email or text message.

We also collect some information automatically when you use the website, such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, through cookies and analytics tools (see Cookies and tracking).

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and respond to your consultation or training requests.
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments and classes.
• To review your photos and prepare a treatment plan.
• To provide customer care before and after treatment.
• If you separately agree, to send you occasional offers and clinic news.
• To improve our website and services, keep them secure, and meet legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them.

• How consent is collected: through the chat on our website, where you enter your mobile number and tick an optional, unticked consent checkbox. There are separate checkboxes for appointment and customer care messages and for promotional messages. You can also ask us in person or by phone.
• What we send: appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions and treatment follow-ups. If you agreed to promotional messages, we may also send occasional offers.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@arizonatattooremoval.com or (602) 610-4188.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only when:

• You ask us to, or give us your consent to share it.
• We need to, to provide the service you requested.
• Companies that work on our behalf need it to provide a service to you, such as website hosting, email delivery, scheduling and our customer messaging platform. They may use it only to help us, not for their own purposes.
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process.
• Your use of our website violates our Terms of Service.

None of these cases includes sharing your mobile number or text message consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

• Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information, unless we must keep it by law.
• Text messages: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.
